AFTERGLOW Berry Bowl For Glowing Skin

This delicious berry bowl was created as an easy way to incorporate AFTERGLOW to your morning routine.  

Serves: 1 


Ingredients 

1 tbsp chia 

1 tbsp ground flax 

½ cup milk of choice

Stevia (optional) 

½ tsp After Glow 

3 tbsp Greek yoghurt or coconut yoghurt 

½ cup fresh strawberries

1 tbsp shredded coconut


Raspberry Jam 

3 cups raspberries, frozen

1 tbsp chia seeds


Method 

  1. In a small jar, combine the chia, flax, milk and stevia. Shake to ensure the seeds are dispersed and place in the fridge for at least an hour or overnight. 
  2. To prepare the raspberry jam, place raspberries in a pot with 60ml water. Bring to the boil, then let simmer, uncovered, for 20-30 minutes until the mixture is thick and sticky and the raspberries are broken up. Remove from the heat and stir in the chia seeds. Transfer to a jar and leave to cool.
  3. To serve, stir in the After Glow and place in a bowl 
  4. Top with raspberry jam, yoghurt, fresh strawberries and coconut.
