Makes: 8 balls
1/2 cup almond butter (or almond based, like ABC or almond chia or almond hemp)
3 tbsp Super Zen
4 tbsp coconut flour
1/2 tsp monk fruit (optional)
1 tbsp raw cacao, for rolling
Combine almond butter, Super Zen, coconut flour and monk fruit in a bowl and mix into a dough with your hands. Add in 1-2 tbsp freshly boiled water to help combine.
Roll into 8 balls and store in the fridge.
