Shipping & Returns
Get the low-down on shipping and dispatch times below;
- You will receive an order confirmation email after your order is confirmed, please check this to make sure your address is correct.
- We aim to dispatch all orders on the very next business day
- You will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number once your order is shipped.
- All orders are shipped with Royal Mail. Once your order arrives in your country it is handed over to your local postal provider to complete delivery.
- Shipping within the UK takes 2-4 business days to be delivered, this applies from the day your order is shipped.
- International shipping can take up to 10 business days to be delivered, this applies from the day your order is shipped.
Unfortunately, we do not refund or exchange opened or used products, we hope you understand.
We also don't accept any refunds or exchanges on product purchased due to health regulations. If the product purchased is defective or you feel is not as advertised, please email us at email@example.com prior to returning the products and we will do our best to resolve the situation.
In the event that your post man got a little bit too rough with your goods and they have been damaged in transit, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will do our best to resolve the issue. Return mail costs are the responsibility of the customer.
